As a customer you have the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 7 days without stating any reason. This period starts when the ordered goods have been delivered. If the customer has not returned the goods to Faren after this period, the purchase is a fact.
The customer is obliged to notify Faren in writing or by e-mail of his wish to return (part of) the delivered goods. The written notification must occur within 7 days after delivery of the goods and prior to returning the goods.
The customer must be able to prove that the delivered goods have been returned in time by, for example, proof of postal delivery.
Returned goods must be received by Faren in the same condition in which they were offered for sale.
Faren will not accept returned goods if they have been used by the customer or have been damaged in any way.
Regarding the general terms and conditions stated by Faren, Faren ensures that the purchase price will be refunded to the customer within 30 days after receiving the returned goods.
Returning goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer.
